Why artists exhibit at TAM Gallery?
TAM Gallery offers all levels of artists extensive knowledge to increase their productivity, we develop the artists personal style and signature, improved presentation, art publicity, marketing and entrepreneurship training.
The TAM Gallery was established as a training gallery for all levels of artists. In so doing, TAM also offers all our artists access to an international art marketing network.

Pre-view exhibits are strickly for gold club members only.

Guarantee is only valid on the first 3 artworks purchased from an exhibit held by TAM artists who are members of the TAM Gallery gold card club.
Members get a 6 weeks trial period after purchase.
Members may return only one artwork per year.
The artwork is returned within 12 months of the purchase date.
This means that the person who made the purchase will receive their money back with the return of the artwork - only if it is still in good condition.
Please note that this money back guarantee is limited to artists who display the club membership logo on their artwork, in the catalogue or on a business card.
This guarantee is valid for all purchases under € 1 000,- (excluding VAT).
Open exhibitions
Exhibitions are open to the public, 6 days a week. The duration of an exhibitions is 4 - 8 weeks. The exhibiting artists as well as TAM members are welcome to invite guests to opening events. Should you wish to be on our mailing list, please leave your contact information in the TAM Gallery Guest book.
Exhibition costs
The required portfolio for our clients is a minimum of 3 art works per artist.
The cost of exhibiting is excluding VAT.
High season - duration of exhibition - 4 weeks
€ 1.95 per day - per artwork - first 3 artworks.
€ 1.75 per day, per artwork, for more than 3 artworks
Low season - duration of exhibition - 8 weeks
€ 1.44 per day - per artwork - first 3 artworks.
€ 1.25 per day, per artwork, for more than 3 artworks.
In exceptional cases where artists exhibits less than 3 artworks, an extra fee of € 45 -, will be charged for our publicity package. Please ensure that all payments are made to TAM Gallery, no later than 10 days before the opening.
Gallery commission and VAT on sales
On the sale of an artwork, TAM Gallery will charge a 25% commission.
(excluding 19% VAT).
Delivery & collection of artwork for the artist
The artist is required to deliver his / her own work no later than 3 days prior to the opening date, directly to the TAM Gallery Administrator, Alex Slingenberg.-
As artwork cannot be stored at TAM Gallery, artists are advised to take their packaging material with them. However, artists are allowed to leave tailored packaging material.
On the Monday following the close of an exhibition, all exhibitors will meet, by appointment at TAM Gallery to finalize the administration of sales and or other costs incurred .
If an artists is unable to attend this meeting, the artist is then required to send a proxy for the release of artwork. - Please address this letter to the TAM Administrator, with your telephone number enclosed.
- *** Please note - here after a "storage fine" of € 0,50 cents, will be for the account of the artist for every 24 hours - per art work placed in storage at TAM Gallery from the date the exhibition closed
Solo artists / fashion items
Artists may send a proxy representative to negotiate terms of exhibit in TAM Gallery. Hand made handbags, items, fashion and jewery must be provided with display uinits / display casing, business cards and contact information for our guests.
High Season
Solo exhibitions
As our high season at TAM Gallery is during June - September, it is possible for an artist to hold a solo exhibition, during this period. The minimum period of an exhibit is 5 weeks. Please contact the TAM Gallery administrator well in advance so that your publicity package is completed well in advance of your opening.
Cancellations of an exhibit booking
Should an artist/s decides to cancel, he / she is still bound by TAM Gallery conditions for the duration of the exhibition period.- Cancellations of an event booking
In the case where a booking deposit of € 500,- has will invoiced to book your event, the relevant party will receive the return of their deposit, with a 10% cancellation fee.
How to exhibit at TAM Gallery
Without this information artists may not exhibit at TAM Gallery.
ID CARD (Personalized) - Indicating the title, medium/s, size ( height x width x breadth) of the artwork and the selling price. (including gallery commission of 25% as well as 19% for VAT).
One photograph of each art work submitted, with the price the artist wishes to receive and the artists contact details.
A short biography (150 words), about the artist, fitted onto a A4 page with a photograph of the artist in front of their own work which will be entered into the TAM Gallery Catalogue.

Exhibition forms
These forms must be completed by all exhibitors. Unfortunately, this form is now available in digital format. This information must be true as it will be used for publicity purposes and is required at least 10 days before the opening possession.
TAM Gallery reserves all rights and will not to be held liable for any false information published in the media.
Presentation of artwork
Artists are to submit all artworks professionally finished. - All artwork is required to be delivered complete, with hanging apparatus and / or installation device / pedistal/s.
- Artists will be charged for hanging apparatus installed by TAM Gallery.
- TAM Gallery is not liable for damages to artwork caused due to faulty hanging apparatus and / or poor installation, therefore artist are expected to assist in the hanging and installation process, to ensure a successful exhibition.
Opening and Exhibition
All exhibiting artists must enter their contact info in the TAM Gallery Guest book and are expected to attend the opening. - TAM Gallery reserves the right to invite our clients to a preview exhibit, where clients receive a 10% discount on all sales at this event.
- Exhibitors will receive invitation card for patrons, family and friends.
For each exhibition there will also be an inventory catalog available to art collectors.
- At an opening event , the TAM Gallery administrator needs to be advised of all particulars about the guest speaker. On approval of such, the artist is required to provide and present an appropriate gift to the guest speaker during or after the opening / program or speech.
Competitions
The costs of competition entries at TAM Gallery is usually between € 5,- and € 10, - per artwork (for members) and € 7,- and 14, - per artwork (for non-members).
The competition categories are nominated by our clients and sponsors who are in search of a particular item, styles, techniques, themes or category of art.

Rental for corporate activities / events
TAM studio and TAM gallery are both available for business and personal parties and / or art making workshops / exhibits.
We also take bookigs for workshops - birthday parties, company incentive programs, arts and crafts workshops as well as art gallery events and art lectures.
Events * Bookings
For corporate events or lectures, rental conditions will be provided at the first meeting with the client. We at TAM Gallery feel that each individual client requires personalized arrangements for their personalized event.
A nonrefundable booking deposit of € 500,- is required per event . Payable 10 days before the start of the event. TAM reserves the right to bill the client for unexpected costs to compensate for extra cleaning, damages and or losses incurred during their event.
